A grappa for pure lovers, a rare grappa, from rare marcs of Erbaluce from Canavese, from high Piedmont. Distillation: descending path of the pomace, in a continuous alembic with three stages of distillation, with a counter-current flow of water vapor, with the production of phlegm at 35/40% vol. Subsequent fractional distillation of the phlegm in a 23-plate copper column. Aging 6 months in steel which gives a clear and crystalline white, the scent is floral, the taste is velvety and persistent. Masterpiece!
