Fontezoppa Dry Gin is based on an ancient recipe and is made with the best Italian ingredients.
The raw materials are skilfully distilled in a bain-marie with a discontinuous steam method, where the head and tail are eliminated, so as to isolate the rich heart of those perfumes that well identify the botanicals used.
After the distillation phase, the gin is left to rest in the steel silos, after which it is brought to the desired alcohol content with very pure spring water.
Refrigerated at -8° C for at least 36 hours in order to eliminate all the essential oils of the distillation and give the distillate a clean character.
It is then filtered 5 times and then bottled.
