The production process starts from the well-known sugar cane, whose molasses is distilled three times thanks to the use of both column stills and discontinuous copper stills. The Rum obtained is then left to rest, hence the recognition of "anejo", which means aged for at least two years in old American white oak barrels, which previously contained Bourbon inside them. At the end of this period we proceed with bottling. The nose opens with a pleasantly sweet and fruity bouquet, with elegant hints of wood, honey and vanilla. In the mouth it is creamy and spicy, tending towards dry, characterized by a notable persistence.
