Monovarietale is an oil made with olives of a single variety, also called “cultivar” in technical jargon and, unlike traditional extra virgin olive oil, it is not produced by mixing different types of olives (blend).
It is an oil obtained exclusively from the Dritta di Loreto cultivar, a native variety of Loreto Aprutino, where the farm is located. This oil is NUTRACEUTICAL because it is naturally SOURCE of VITAMIN E and rich in POLYPHENOLS including HYDROXYTROSOL and its derivatives. Uses Ideal for enhancing many dishes raw, including raw and cooked vegetables, fish, meats and cheeses. Sensory aspects Characterized by notes of wild herbs and green almond.
