Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva - Monovarietale Dritta - Oleificio Coletta
This oil is obtained exclusively with olives of the "Dritta" variety received at an average altitude of 500 m above sea level. The result is a very dense green oil, full-bodied taste, notes of almonds and artichoke.
Cultivar: 100% straight Harvest method: hand stripping. Milling-extraction: continuous cycle at low temperature. Pressing within 12 hours of harvesting. Storage: controlled temperature, in stainless steel drums under nitrogen current.
