Extra virgin olive oil obtained from completely green olives harvested in early October. A very dense oil, with an intense green color, a strong fruity, spicy, bitter taste and a herbaceous scent that recalls the smell of green olives. It is recommended to use it mainly raw, excellent for cold dishes and special to enhance the taste of hot foods. Elegant glass containers also ideal for quality gifts and representations.
