From here it is possible to clearly perceive a structured and harmonious sensation of various still green vegetables: a fresh chicory, an artichoke and a green apple; a very fine and balanced intensity, the perfect bride that will accompany in our palate the right degree of bitterness and spiciness that Ripa Bianca dei Miracoli proudly brings with it.
Blend of extra virgin olive oils from the cultivars: Leccino, Gentile di Chieti, Moraiolo and Pendolino.
Very structured fruity of medium intensity that recalls the scent of fresh chicory, artichoke, green apple and freshly mown grass.
GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS Quite fine but structured, an excellent ingredient for fish or meat dishes; for fresh cheeses and salads.
