VINIFICATION The grapes are harvested by hand and in boxes, to preserve the quality and integrity of the grape. The vinification is classic in red and the fermentation takes place in steel, where at the end of this process the wine rests and ages for a few months.

COLOR Intense ruby red, brilliant tending to garnet

BOUQUET Rich and particular, enriched by varietal nuances of black berry fruit jam

PAIRINGS Suitable for accompanying lamb or kid, roasted red meats and aged hard cheeses. Excellent with pork shank on a spit.

TASTE The taste is sapid and soft, pleasantly balanced in the tannic and vanilla notes

NOTES During the harvest, directly between the rows, a careful selection of the teroldego grapes takes place with which the Letrari company produces this Vigneti delle Dolomiti Teroldego IGT. It rests in steel tanks and in French oak barriques. It manages to unite and blend together, in an exemplary way, all the organoleptic parts from which it is composed.
