A Nero d'Avola with the energy and vivacity of youth, unmistakably Sicilian, capable of an inviting lightness that inspires casual combinations with simple and tasty dishes. Clayey/sandy soils, on a small plateau, host espalier-trained vines: but it is the breath of the nearby woodland vegetation that tempers the climate and gives Rossojbleo that vivacity and freshness that make it an alternative expression of the more classic Sicilian varietal.

Young, not demanding, fruity and to be drunk slightly fresh, another way of expressing the best known Sicilian native grape variety: Nero d'Avola. This does not mean that it renounces its drinkability and complexity, a wine that recalls Burgundy as a style, capable of surprising for the opposite of what everyone expects
AGING It goes well with first courses, white meats and fish
