Vinification: Soft destemming. Maceration fermentation for 15 days.
Sensory characteristics: Ruby red color with garnet reflections. The scent is intense, quite persistent, fruity (red fruit, morello cherry and plum), with hints of vanilla. It is a full-bodied wine, rightly tannic and well balanced, quite intense and persistent, ready to be drunk immediately.
Food matches: Easy to drink wine, good with cold cuts and cold cuts, robust first courses, meats in general and cheeses.
