Capoccia Riserva is an ode to Ciliegiolo, one of the most representative native black grape varieties of the Tuscan Maremma. Vinified in purity from ripe grapes, after a first fermentation it rests on the skins for about eight days. The processing of this Maremma Toscana DOC in the Riserva version does not stop here, which refines its hints first in French oak barrels and then in the bottle, for about six months. Get ready to enjoy a fragrant red wine that recalls cherry, with a well-balanced aroma and freshness. You can also stock up on the Capoccia Riserva. Thanks to its aging capacity, this wine does not fear time: it can be bought and forgotten in the cellar for a while, so as to always have it available to pamper you during daily lunches and dinners or to enhance a platter of cold cuts when friends come to home without warning.
