Only carefully selected grapes from a limited area of the Loreto Aprutino area are used for the production of this wine. Aging in oak barrels enhances its natural qualities. Intense ruby red color with a tendency to garnet, it has a scent of grape jam and toasted spices and a full and persistent taste with notes of sweet tannins. It can be used for a long time in the bottle if in a lying position. To preserve its characteristics, this wine has not been cold stabilized, therefore it could have a light natural sediment.
