ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS View - deep ruby red with light violet reflections. Nose - complex and intense, with hints of black cherry, plum and blackberries. Taste - full-bodied and round, with a notable charge and soft tannins, with a persistent and pleasant finish. PAIRING First courses based on succulent sauces, legume soups, roasts and grilled meat. Excellent with medium-long-aged cheeses.
