Description Vinification: The crushed and completely destemmed grapes are fermented in contact with the skins for about 7 days with delicate pumping over and delestage at a temperature of about 28 ° C. Maceration lasts from 15 to 20 days depending on the vintage. Aging: After alcoholic fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. Subsequently it matures in large Slavonian oak barrels and a small percentage in fine-grained French oak tonneaux. After bottling it is aged for about 6 months in the bottle. Style: Deep ruby red. Combination of red and black fruit, black cherry, plum, bramble, wild blackberry, licorice and tobacco with delicate smoky notes, leather and vanilla resulting from aging in wooden barrels.
