Vinification: Careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard and harvested in crates for this Montepulciano D'Abruzzo. Fermentation at controlled temperature in French oak truncated conical vats with post-fermentation maceration up to 18-20 days from the start of fermentation. Malolactic fermentation with aging on fine lees for at least 60 days. Aging in oak barriques for 14 months. Characteristics of the vineyards Municipality: Roseto degli Abruzzi, Casal Thaulero . Colle della Corte and Vignafranca vineyards. Surface: about 9 hectares Altitude: 70 meters. above sea level Exposure: South – east Soil: Alluvial deposit – Sandy silt nature, slightly calcareous.
