TYPE Sweet wine - IGT PRODUCTION AREA The hills of Breganze. GRAPES: Marzemina, Cabernet Sauvignon. TYPE OF SOIL Volcanic and tuffaceous hills VINIFICATION Grape drying for about a month and a half in the loft. COLOR Intense red with violet reflections. BOUQUET Intense bouquet of red fruits, with notes of blackberry, blueberry and morello cherry. PAIRING Excellent with dry desserts, but also with soft cakes made with bitter chocolate or with berries. Try it with particularly tasty mature or blue cheeses. TASTE Sweet and full, with a remarkable structure but balanced, very long in the finish. AGING Refinement for two years in new barriques, in bottle for one year.
