TYPE OF SOIL Volcanic rich in scheletro.Terreno Dark soil born from the disintegration of ancient lava flows from the volcano.
AGE OF THE VINEYARDS Ancient vines over 60 years old with the presence of some prephylloxera specimens.
VINIFICATION 50% must yield, fermentation with intense maceration on the skins for a minimum of 40 days.

COLOR Bright and compact ruby red colour.
BOUQUET With ample aromas of red fruit and spices.
TASTE In the mouth it perfectly combines exuberance and harmony: it proves to be a splendid example of integrity and sweetness of the tannins, calibrated in an optimal context of freshness and sapidity.
AGING 24 months in tonneaux with spontaneous development of the malolactic fermentation, subsequent refinement in the bottle until reaching the maximum expression of the wine and the territory.
