Grapes: 100% Montepulciano. Production area: Regional territory, Province of Pescara, on the slopes of the Gran Sasso d'Italia (2,910 meters slm ). Alcoholic fermentation: Contact with the skins for 16 days in steel at a controlled temperature of 28°C. Maturation/refinement: Maturation in steel tanks and oak barrels. Color: Ruby Red Alcohol content: 13% by vol. Bouquet: Intense aromas of red fruit with evidence of plum and black cherry. Service temperature: 18°C.
