The Barolo of the Bovio Gianfranco farm is an excellent red wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes grown on the hills of La Morra.
VINES 100% Nebbiolo VINIFICATION Fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature (max 30°c) for about 10 days then short maceration Followed by aging in large oak barrels for about 2 years CHARACTERISTICS Ruby red color with brick reflections The nose is fresh with hints of fruit dry and leather On the palate it is soft with sweet and traditional tannins
