Municipality: La Morra Exposure: East Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo Vinification and Aging: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts for about 10 days at controlled temperature; followed by a short maceration in contact with the skins. The wine is then decanted into large wooden barrels. Organoleptic Characteristics: Ruby red color with brick reflections. The nose is fresh, with hints of dried fruit and spices, tending towards balsamic. On the palate it is soft with a sweet and traditional tannin, elegant and persistent. Serving temperature: 16 -17 degrees.
