SOIL: Medium texture with a prevalence of clay and galestro.
EXPOSURE: South-West.
TRAINING SYSTEM: Spurred cordon.
HARVEST PERIOD: Beginning of October.
VINIFICATION: The grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, where they also naturally carry out the malolactic fermentation. Without added sulfur.
AGING: In steel for 10 months. Minimum 2 months in the bottle.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14.00% vol.
PRODUCTION: 2,000 bottles.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 15°C.
COLOUR: In appearance it has a very intense ruby red color with violet reflections.
SMELL: the nose is direct, intense and vinous. It opens with very intense hints of ripe cherries which continue with bloody notes.
TASTE: In the mouth it is fresh and crunchy. The tannins are young and vibrant yet ripe and well balanced by the body and alcohol. Good taste-olfactory persistence, after swallowing the aromas of red fruits immediately return.
WINE PAIRING: Aged cheeses and red meats.
