HARVEST PERIOD: Beginning of October. VINIFICATION: The grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. AGING: In stainless steel tanks for 6 months and in bottles for 6 months. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% vol. PRODUCTION: 20,000 bottles. SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16°C. COLOUR: Appearance is clear ruby red with purple reflections. SMELL: The nose is intense and clean, it opens with very intense floral scents that are prolonged with a scent of fresh red fruits. TASTE: Soft in the mouth, good sensation of warmth balanced by perfect freshness. The tannins are young but pleasant and well balanced by the body and freshness. Good taste-olfactory persistence, after swallowing the aromas of red fruits immediately return. PAIRINGS: Medium-aged cheeses, red meats. Pasta or rice first courses. International dishes.
