THE WINE: LARGE PARK it has a marked drinkability linked to an intense aromatic freshness SOIL CHARACTERISTICS Shallow, very permeable soils with good supplies of limestone and stone layers PLANT DENSITY 5000 plants/Ha TRAINING SYSTEM Spurred cordon VINES Troia and Montepulciano grapes in variable percentages VINIFICATION TECHNIQUE Soft pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25-26°C, pumping over and delestages, maceration on the skins for 15-18 days REFINING TECHNIQUE Aging and stabilization in stainless steel with periodic racking, followed by several months of aging in the bottle ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS On the nose are the aromas of ripe red fruits and spicy notes typical of the blend TASTING TEMPERATURE 16-18°C ALCOHOL 13.5% Vol. CERTIFICATIONS REG. 2092/91 ICEA, BIOSUISSE
