Altitude: 650m. slm Soil Composition: Volcanic soil, shallow and very stony, dry, draining and very rich in minerals. Training system: Old saplings grown on the row with an average age of more than 40 years. Yield per hectare: 50 quintals. Harvest: Second half of October. Vinification: Maceration on the skins for 15 days at a controlled temperature. Aging in steel and in the bottle.
