A traditional Amarone, able to excite and involve. A wine of great structure, complex, elegant and velvety, produced with autochthonous grapes grown in the classic area of Valpolicella. Grapes: Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella. Cultivation: Pergola Vinification: Drying of the grapes: during the harvest they are selected tion the ripest and healthiest grapes, in perfect condi- ni, and left to dry for 3 months in a well-ventilated loft with a natural loss of 35-40% of the weight. In January follows the soft pressing of the grapes with subsequent 30 days maceration on the skins. Refinement: the wine is aged for 36 months in large oak barrels (50 hl) and at least 6 months in the bottle. Color: ruby red with purplish reflections that becomes garnet with the addition aging. Perfume: bouquet of plums, blackberries, ripe and dried red fruits, toasted almond, spicy nuances. Taste: Full-bodied, powerful wine with a round and rich flavour. Pairings: Traditionally appreciated with game, roasts and grills of meat, well-aged cheeses. Serve at 17-18 C, open the bottle a couple of hours before tasting it
