Aging in large barrels and barriques. Elegant flavor, with a rich tannic texture. Vinification : The harvested grapes are traditionally vinified through a long maceration of the skins at a controlled temperature. During fermentation, the extracted must is frequently reassembled on the pomace cap. The wine decants in stainless steel tanks to complete the malolactic fermentation, at the end, it ages in wooden barrels to enhance its organoleptic characteristics.
Color : Deep red with light violet reflections.
Nose : Intense with notes of wild berries and black cherry. It has aromas of considerable complexity in which balsamic and fruity aromas combine with spicy notes.
Taste : Elegant with a rich tannic texture. The aftertaste sensations are characterized by red fruit (black cherry) blended with hints of spices and licorice, with a complex and long-lasting finish.
