PRODUCTION AREA Vineyards facing south-east, south-west in the municipalities of Chambave, Châtillon, Verrayes at 500 meters above sea level
VARIETY Petit Rouge 70% (native Valdostan grape) Shiraz, Fumin and other native or traditional grape varieties 30%
TYPE OF SOIL Soils of morainic origin, mainly composed of sand (80%) and, for the remainder, of silt. The clay content is minimal (at most 10%). In fact, these are sub-alkaline soils rich in skeleton, usually not very deep.
VINIFICATION In steel, at 28 ° C, maceration for 20 days, frequent pumping over.

COLOR Intense ruby red color with violet reflections, consistent
BOUQUET Intense and persistent, floral, fruity and complex, hints of violet, raspberry and currant, vanilla, spicy nuances.

TASTE In the mouth the wine is dry, the alcoholic sensation is light and delicate, a wine with a good structure, fresh, very ductile.
NOTES As for the basic Chambave, Quatre Vignobles is the result of a blend where at least 70%, according to the disciplinary, is Petit Rouge, the most cultivated red grape in the Aosta Valley; the remaining vines are Syrah, Fumin and other native or traditional vines. The peculiarity of this production is the provenance from four vineyards with unique characteristics, to which agronomic rules have been applied to the production of an elegant and long-lived wine.
AGING 12 months aging in steel and tonneaux, then 5 months in glass.
