The 3 Riserva wines project was born from the desire to experiment and better study the effects of a longer aging of the wines in the amphorae. The three wines (a white, a red, a rosé) are the result of three vintages (2015-2016-2017) which were aged separately in amphorae until the final blending which took place shortly before bottling in July 2018.
