Intense ruby red colour. Floral aroma of violet and intense fruity aroma of small red fruits, cherries, blackberries. The taste is sweet and sparkling.
VARIETY Croatina (60%), Barbera (20%), Ughetta (10%), Rare grapes (10%). VINIFICATION maceration in contact with the skins, first light fermentation and subsequent refermentation in autoclave. BOTTLING ANALYTICAL DATA alcohol 7.5% done + 5% to do total acidity 6.5-7 g/l pH 3.3. ALCOHOL DEGREE 7.5% ABV SERVICE TEMPERATURE 8-10°C.
