The Nero Buono ''Polluce'' Cincinnato embodies its land of origin, takes its name from the mythical Dioscuri to whom the ancient temple of Castor and Pollux is dedicated, whose imposing remains enrich the archaeological heritage of Cori. Obtained from the single-variety vinification of Nero Buono, an ancient vine with a millenary tradition, recovered and relaunched through research and experimentation which have documented its peculiar qualitative characteristics, Polluce is a wine with a strong personality and intense colour.visual Intense ruby red color with some violet reflections.Olfactory Berries reminiscent of jam.Gustatory Warm in the mouth.
