How to serve and store It is served at a temperature of 18°C, in large ballon-shaped glasses, to better appreciate the intense bouquet and with tall stems. It gives its best in a period ranging from two to five years. It must be kept in the lowest compartments of the cellar, at a constant temperature between 10 and 14°C.
