On the contrary it can be vinified partially in white, reaching a pink color as for the Ormeasco Sciac-trà (in Ligurian dialect it literally crushes and pulls). Characteristics Appearance is clear, with a very intense garnet colour. The nose is intense, persistent and fine, with hints of ripe blueberry and cherry, wrapped in a woody note.
