Nerubè is the result of a manual harvest of the grapes, subsequent vinification in red with maceration on the skins for a minimum of 15 days, and aging for 12 months in oak tonneaux.The glass is intense and deep, with a beautiful ruby red. The nose expresses all the typicality of the vine, with hints of dark fruit, spices and hints of roasting and cocoa. The sip is full-bodied, soft and fresh; closes on hints of fruit in alcohol and dark chocolate. Nice persistence.
