Red Cuvee Igt 2017 - Ploner

This Cuvée presents itself with an impressive Bouquet of a great red wine. A variegated aroma of small red fruits, with a long aging of oak barrels with good maturation of the tannins, guarantees a unforgettable event.Place of production: Marlengo (Merano), in the hills slope 30-40%; exposed in the morning. Cultivation: on espaliers with 7,000 plants/ha. Soil: mixed sand and silt, with skeleton of granite. Management: with great respect for the environment and nature, without industrial fertilizers and herbicides. Production: very low yield on the vine, I only get 4,000 bottles per hectare Alcohol: 13 – 13.5% vol. Vinification: in small and large oak barrels. Storage of wine: 5 years and more. Optimal consumption temperature: 17-18°C
