PRINCIPE N - Nero d'Avola 2019 Organic red wine IGP Terre Siciliane - Az. Agricola Spadafora The Spadafora Agricultural Company is located in the municipality of Monreale, a few kilometers from Palermo, in the Virzì district. It boasts over 100 hectares of vineyards, distributed over an area heated by the hot Sicilian sun and crossed by the fresh wind. Francesco Spadafora, son of Don Pietro dei Principi di Spadafora, founder of the farm, is dedicated to it with passion, who is committed to the revaluation of native and allochthonous vineyards destined for the birth of quality wines. According to the company's philosophy, all the production takes place in their lands and the harvested grapes are transformed immediately, so as to preserve their quality to the maximum. A 100% Nero d'Avola, produced by looking for the best soil and exposure that are able to express this vine to the best of its possibilities. Francesco Spadafora is keen to underline that it is produced with a commitment equal to that which the company puts into the production of more expensive wines.
