Intense ruby colour. Ample, rich bouquet with intense notes of small wild red fruits, delicate spicy note with a predominance of white pepper. Soft, enveloping taste with warm and long scents, great persistence, delicate sweet tannins with prominent ripe fruit and great minerality.

Alcohol content: 13% vol. Pairing: indicated with game-based dishes and grilled veal-based second courses. Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
