Typical Bordeaux blend, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, the Trincerone expresses all the power, concentration and softness of the grapes that compose it. Fruity and spicy wine, it goes well with important dishes rich in flavour.

Maturation and refinement After a period of refinement of 12 months in 500 liter French oak tonneaux and/or 30 or 50 Hl Slavonian oak barrels, the wine is left to refine in the bottle for a further period of 18-24 months . Recommended pairings Very structured dishes, it adapts perfectly to savory pasta, creamed risottos, grilled or stewed red meats, baked or stewed game, roasts, cold cuts and aged cheeses.
