No filtration, no clarification and no stabilization, no addition of sulphites ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES: Powerful, fresh wine with very fine tannins, characterized by hints of fruit and red flowers, as well as spicy notes, black pepper and licorice GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS: Particularly indicated to match roasts and in general all meat main courses, including spit-roasted meat and game.
