The best grapes grown on alluvial and clayey soils are selected from the 6 hectares of the property. The grapes are vinified in the traditional way with maceration and alcoholic fermentation for 10 days. The aging of at least 4 years precedes a further refinement in the bottle lasting 6 months. The wine has a ruby red color with orange reflections. With a pleasant and fine scent, it expresses flowers like violets on the nose, it remains dry in the sip with soft and composed tannins. Long in the finish, it is warm and harmonious. Suitable for savory dishes, red meat, game and braised meats, it is also ideal with aged cheeses and first courses with meat sauce.
