Ghemme Vigna Pelizzane DOCG 2015 - Torraccia del Piantavigna

The "Vigna Pelizzane" Ghemme is the first cru made by the Torraccia del Piantavigna winery. Just over a hectare of land in which Nebbiolo, a vine that also in Alto Piemonte gives life to very interesting expressions, is treated with extreme care throughout the year, so as to bring to the harvest bunches full of aromas and flavors. Thus a complex and elegant red is born, which benefits from a slow aging in wood, responsible for the tannins and the persistence that is felt on the sip during the tasting phase.
