Morò Serrapetrona DOC 2019 - Fontezoppa

On the nose it announces itself as rich in extract, sweet spices combined with cherries in alcohol, plum jam and a pleasant woody note. In the mouth it is consistent, with fruit jam and sweet spices united by a dense tannic texture which with the alcoholic backbone supports the entire progression. Excellent with meat dishes including furred game. It is recommended to serve it at 18°C.
