The grapes are vinified in red with maceration on the skins for about 5 days. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25/26°C. Frequent pumping over and delastage. Aging until March in thermo-conditioned tanks.Intense red in colour, transparent and with good consistency. Intense and persistent on the nose, it is characterized by notes of cherry and red fruit. In the mouth it is decided, quite enveloping and able to highlight the great softness. With a pleasant taste, it is intense and long in the finish.
