With a bright red color and an intense and spicy aroma, full-bodied, with soft tannins and great structure, red berried fruits and spicy notes stand out on the palate.
Exclusively by hand in small 15 kg boxes. Careful cold maceration on the skins allows for the correct extraction of the tannins, sweet and delicate, and of the colour. After the malolactic fermentation in wine it partially matures in French oak barrels for 8 months before a delicate filtration and bottling.
