The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and pressed.
Fermentation takes place in special stainless steel tanks with pistons at a temperature of 26-28°C for 10 days in a submerged cap.
Malolactic fermentation takes place at 100%. The wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 8 months (70%).
After blending it is bottled and matured in the bottle.
