Vineyards "Al Negres" is produced from a vineyard of Pinot Noir grapes in the municipality of San Damiano al Colle. The vineyard is located on hills exposed to the sun at an altitude between 250 and 300 slm Training system: guyot. Vinification Produced exclusively in favorable years. Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir. Once the grapes have been pressed, they are fermented in contact with the skins for a few days. Sensory characteristics Garnet red in colour, the impact on the nose is intense, with hints of red fruit such as cherry and currant. It is a balanced, warm wine with good structure and persistence.
