The property extends in a single body on the south, south-west side of the hill, in front of the historic abbey at an average altitude of 350m slm. The perfect exposure, the microclimatic conditions of the area and the balanced texture of the soil allow us to obtain grapes of the highest quality for the production of wines with great structure. The vineyards have an average age of 20 years, and the forms of pruning adopted are guyot and spurred cordon. The average plant density per hectare is 5,000 plants.
