Pinot Noir finds its ideal substrate in the Avisian Hills. The northern winds that descend along the Adige valley, in addition to ideally drying the grapes, produce strong temperature variations that allow the primary aromas of the grapes to be fixed.
With a mature garnet color, Pinot Noir Rirati is particularly inviting on the nose with floral, fruity and earthy aromas. In the mouth it is lively and enveloping, with hints of black cherries in alcohol. Its gustatory balance makes it a singular and recognizable wine.
