Despite the long life of the plant, it still refines the essence to produce the best quality grapes. The wine is made 100% from the Primitivo vine, the legendary grape of Italy. The wine grapes are harvested between mid-August and early September. It is then left to macerate in steel tanks and fermented at a controlled temperature and the subsequent 12 months of aging in barrique. Primitivo has an intense ruby ​​color with purple reflections, and the nose is fruit with mostly suggestive red fruits such as blackberries, plums and chocolate. The flavors are rich, fruity, harmonious, round and full.
