Blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon from small plots of proprietary vineyards planted in San Chirico a Sillano (11th century), in Figline Valdarno, a wine with particularly exceptional characteristics suitable for being kept for long periods of ageing. The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-October, when the analytical characteristics of the must have reached an excellent sugar content of 23.50% with a long vinification, leaving the grapes to macerate for 15 days. The refinement that took place in the bottle: it gives us an amaranth color and inebriating aromas
