This wine is produced from the best Nebbiolo grapes from the Vigna Manzola vineyard located in the municipality of Treiso d'Alba, in the Barbaresco production area. The fermentation of this wine is carefully controlled and then aged in oak barrels and small barriques. It is then left to rest for a short time in the bottle. The wine has a beautiful garnet red color with orange reflections. The intense aroma recalls dried flowers and violets. It is a full-bodied wine with a dry, vigorous, austere but at the same time delicate, velvety flavor. It is suitable for long periods of aging.
